Updates

Well, it has been a while since my last journal entry.

Today there was a very small drama this morning at University.

We were in class in Building 17 when the fire alarms went off. The whole building was evacuated.

Everybody was standing outside wondering what was going on until the fire brigate turned up a few minutes later.

Apparently there was a fire in the building’s air conditioning system. It was put out and and we all returned to class about 25 minutes later.

As time went by without air conditioning the room started getting uncomfortably hot (30 computers plus various servers generate a lot of heat) so I was glad to leave the room at the end of class.

Other than that there hasn’t been any news.
