Journal System Enhanced

I’ve made several changes to the journal system:

1) Instead of the old URLs like /2003/01, these now look like /2003_01.html. This should make things look tidier.

2) A function has been implemented to show the journal entries for a whole year. These entries can be displayed by clicking the associated year link near the top of this page.

Whilst these modifications were taking place, random 404 errors may have been noticed.
