In Melbourne

As I write this journal entry, I’m in Melbourne in my room at the Hotel Ibis.
The flight to Melbourne was quite good. There was a small amount of minor crosswind on landing, but otherwise it was lovely.
The city is quite smokey. Apparently smoke from fires around Canberra and the NSW/VIC border has been brought to Melbourne from the high winds.
Anyway, I shall end this journal entry.
